Morning Bounty: Pickin’ Fresh Leafy Greens

The early morning, just after sunrise, is the optimal time to harvest leafy greens. During these cool hours, vegetables retain moisture and freshness, preventing them from becoming limp due to heat. So, if you want crisp and flavorful greens, head out to your garden in the morning!
