We had a little excitement early this morning at the Veggie-Bed. A nasty rabbit decided to help itself to our sweet potato leaves. Needless to say, Lucy Lou wouldn’t let that go down, and the chase was on. The varmint could not get through the chicken wire fence, and around it ran with Lucy Lou howling and dead on its tail. Finally, the rabbit found an opening and hauled tail off the property. Lucy Lou came back to me and sat down. Good girl, Lucy Lou!
